With the intention of keeping the facilities updated, during 2018, the ground floor was remodeled, managing to expand the business on offer to the public. Since then, thanks to the sub-division of several large premises and the redefinition of the communal and access areas, we have a total of 36 different commercial premises.

Alfonso Samuel Álvarez González was born in Asturias, Spain, on May 27th 1946. He lived his childhood and youth in his hometown. In 1966 he emigrated to Brussels, Belgium, where he met his wife, Maria Carmen Iñiguez Fernández, where they married. In 1972 their first daughter, Sofia Álvarez, was born.
In 1974, they returned to Spain and established their residence in Asturias, where they started their family business. In 1979, the Álvarez family moved to the Alicante city of Torrevieja, where they began their journey in the real estate world. It was then when they began to invest in this sector, which continues to develop today. In 1984 their second daughter, Ana Álvarez, was born.
In 1985 Don Alfonso Álvarez invested in land where there were artichoke plantations and in less than 15 years he had built an entire city, where today we can find such emblematic places as our business center Edificio Orihuela, the city Town hall of Orihuela Costa, the Mercadona shopping center, as well as one of the largest shopping centers in Europe: Zenia Boulevard and the multiple developments of Playa Flamenca.
